About Us BoliviaBrazilArgentinaChileEcuadorPeruHome Home
Bolivia is certainly one of the most interesting countries in South America.
Its geography ,from the dense jungles in the east to the arid Andean plains in the west ,and its Indian population make it a fascinating country to visit.

High on the Altiplano, a plateau nearly 3,600 m (12,000 ft) above sea level
La Paz is the world’s loftiest capital city. In the sixteenth century, when the
Spanish conquistadors arrived in Bolivia, they found silver and the mine they established at Potosi soon became famous.

Quechua and Aymara Indians together form 55 percent of the population.
The main attractions can be visited in day trips from La Paz as the Tiawanacu archaeological site and the Titicaca Lake the highest navigable lake on earth.
Other places to visit are the city of Oruro with its carnival. Cochabamba.,Potosi,
Sucre the official capital of Bolivia and the modern city of Santa Cruz.
Recently the region of El Beni is developing many facilities to visit one of the
most unspoiled rainforest in South America.
